Phelps hometown pharmacy was acquired by John and Toni Tompkins in October 2010 (formerly Whitson Pharmacy). John and Toni are both pharmacists who have previously worked for Wegmans in the Rochester Area. John and Toni decided they wanted to provide a more personalized and professional service to a smaller community than Wegmans gave them the chance to do.
